Check out the Canyon Runner's fishing log for 2006 and you will see that the world renowned Sevenstrand Tuna Clone was our hottest lure for the season and a top producer for decades. These Tuna Clones, as with all the products we carry at Canyon Runner Outfitters, are the real deal. No imitations from China here. These are produced at the Sevenstrand factories as they have been for decades. When trolling from big yellowfin and big-eyes we always have 2 or 3 Tuna Clones in the water in our 11 rod pattern. However, when trolling from smaller vessels which could limit the rods you put out a daisy of tuna clones still allows for maximum presentation in the water with only a 7 to 9 rod spread.
Tuna Clones can be trolled in your pattern during any type of sea condition and if one Tuna Clone is good, than four is great. these daisy chains are rigged with three regular Tuna Clones and a Big-Eye Tuna Clone at the end with a stainless Mustad hook. You have your choice of Zucchini, Green/Yellow, Purple/Black and Mexican Flag
